Now that Bootstrap v4 is in beta, I'm happy to release BT v2.0.0 with it as there should be no more breaking changes.

Upgrade BT to BS 4.0.0-beta and fully re-test all areas of the UI.

BS4 beta has actually changed quite a bit - had to include PopperJS, also the offset-* classes no longer exist!

You have to use mr-auto/ml-auto/mr--auto/ml--auto to automatically locate columns - however some forms have to have an explicit empty column to achieve the same effect.

Couple more tweaks needed:

The card-block CSS class is now card-body
I think we can do the card content layout a bit better (albums & photos)
Navbar hamburger menu is obscured on "xs" devices by the branding, which should be on the left!

Tabs no longer hide the text on "xs" devices. [fixed]
