Now that Blue Twilight has its first “beta” feature, it would be great to introduce the concept of feature flags.

A new tab on the Settings screen allowing gallery owners to opt-in to experimental features.

Once the feature becomes production-ready, the flag changes its default value to true and is removed from the experimental features tab.
