The Rackspace driver is obsolete and is using the abandoned Composer package guzzle/guzzle.

Switch it to PHP OpenCloud. (https://github.com/php-opencloud/openstack)

Updated the OpenStack driver to use the new PHP Open Cloud repo instead of the previous Rackspace one. This also completes the last provider's change to GuzzleHttp instead of Guzzle. #144 #145

This is now working with OpenStack providers that use Identity v2 (Memset Memstore, OVH.)

This is working with Rackspace again using the username and API key - however the latest PHP OpenCloud SDK does not support Rackspace-specific extensions, such as CDN.

Got the new Openstack SDK working with Rackspace, and added my own support for the Rackspace-specific extensions for API key and CDN. #144
