No feedback when deleting an individual photo #150

When you resize, flip or do other actions on a photo within the admin page for the album, you see the loading indicator on the photo itself.

However for delete, you don't. There is no feedback to say BT is doing something.

This has been fixed. I've also removed the window.location.reload - it simply removes the photo's element from the DOM when the delete completes.

Fixed a missing JS variable when deleting a photo from the album's admin page. This also now just removes the photo element from the DOM instead of reloading the whole page. #150
