Provide a page accessible to anyone who can access the admin panel that provides the minimum meta-data version used in all albums accessible to the user.

If an album has at least one photo less than the current release's meta-data value, provide the option to upgrade/re-analyse the photos that aren't current.

Provide a warning that on non-local filesystem sources, this could incur costs from the cloud provider for the original image download.
